    Abstract:

Some kinds of failure resulted from abnormal wear under rigorous working conditions were summarized. Its wear volume is direct ratio to hardness of friction pairs. Relative movement between retainer and rings of the mainshaft bearing of turbojet engine and the mechanical performance of their material were analyzed. The friction pairs operate at the coupling action of high-frequency impact and high-speed sliding. The hardness of rings is higher and its plasticity is worse, which causes microcrack easily. And chemistry of lube can be reinforced to material at high-temperature. The synthetical action results in abnormal wear.
