    为了研究固废煤气化灰渣在混凝土试件中高值化和高掺量利用,对1个普通混凝土和3个煤气化灰渣混凝土梁柱中节点实施低周往复加载试验,研究其破坏现象、滞回性能、能量耗散能力、延性特征和刚度退化,探讨煤灰渣作为掺合料的混凝土节点破坏机制,分析掺量、轴压比、混凝土强度对煤灰渣混凝土梁柱中节点抗震性能的作用规律。结果表明:煤灰渣混凝土节点均发生了梁端弯曲塑性铰破坏,破坏时梁端钢筋屈服,混凝土压碎破坏,包括初裂、通裂、极限和破坏4个阶段,试件的滞回曲线较为饱满;煤灰渣掺量为20%时,煤灰渣混凝土节点较普通混凝土节点的承载力提高了14%。使用合理配比的煤灰渣混凝土可在提高承载力的同时节省水泥用量、降低混凝土的碳排放量,为混凝土工程中固废煤灰渣的规模化、高值化综合利用提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the high-value and high-dose utilization of solid waste gasification ash in concrete components, low-cycle reciprocating loading tests were performed on joints within one ordinary concrete and three gasified ash concrete beam-column joints. The failure modes, hysteretic behavior, energy dissipation, ductility and stiffness degradation were studied. The failure mechanisms of concrete joints with coal ash as an admixture were explored, and the effects of dosage, axial compression ratio, as well as concrete strength on the seismic performance of these joints were analyzed. The results reveal that plastic hinge failure at the beam ends occurs in all of the coal ash slag concrete joints. During this process, the reinforcement yields and the concrete is crushed, which includes four stages: initial cracking, extensive cracking, ultimate strength and failure. The hysteresis curves of the specimens are relatively full. When the dosage ratio of coal ash slag is 20%, the bearing capacity of joints made with coal ash slag concrete increases by 14% compared to those made with ordinary concrete.Using proper designed coal ash slag concrete can improve the bearing capacity while conserving cement, and lowering carbon emissions in concrete, which provides some reference for the large-scale and high-value utilization of solid waste coal ash in concrete engineering.
