    摘要:

    为了对制革废水中Cr(Ⅲ)进行有效处理,减少制革废水中Cr(Ⅲ)的含量,研究了巯基功能化纤维素气凝胶的吸附作用。首先,以脱脂棉为原料、NaOH/尿素/H2O为溶剂、CS2为改性剂,对纤维素分子中羟基进行功能化改性,经溶剂置换与冷冻干燥制备出巯基功能化纤维素气凝胶材料(CS2-MCC),通过单因素试验及正交试验确定最佳制备条件,并对材料的官能团结构与表面形貌等进行分析;其次,研究了CS2-MCC对Cr(Ⅲ)的吸附能力。结果表明:CS2-MCC的最佳制备条件是CS2用量为0.5 mL/g、硫酸镁用量为20 mL/g、改性时间为6 h、改性温度为40 ℃;CS2-MCC对Cr(Ⅲ)的最大吸附容量为75.792 mg/g,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,ΔGθ<0,表明CS2-MCC对Cr(Ⅲ)吸附为自发进行的单分子层吸附及化学吸附;经处理后的Cr(Ⅲ)含量降至1.470mg/L,可达标排放。所制备的巯基功能化纤维素气凝胶材料三维网络丰富,吸附性能优异,克服了纤维素基吸附材料多呈现粉末难以循环利用和吸附选择性较差的缺点,可对制革废水中的Cr(Ⅲ)进行有效吸附。

    Abstract:

    In order to effectively treat Cr(Ⅲ) and reduce the contention in tannery wastewater,studied the adsorption of thiol functionalized cellulose aerogels using absorbent cotton as raw material,NaOH/urea /H2O as solvent and CS2 as modifier,hydroxyl groups in cellulose molecules were functionalized,and sulfhydryl functionalized cellulose aerogels (CS2-MCC) were prepared by solvent replacement and freeze drying.Determined the optimum preparation conditions by single factor test and orthogonal test.Analyzed the functional group structure and surface morphology of the material.And then carried out the adsorption experiment of Cr(Ⅲ) on CS2-MCC further.The results showed that,the optimum preparation conditions are as follows:CS2 dosage 0.5 mL/g,magnesium sulfate dosage 20 mL/g,modification time 6 h,modification temperature 40 ℃.And the maximum adsorption capacity of CS2-MCC for Cr(Ⅲ) is 75.792 mg/g.The adsorption process conforms to pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal model,ΔGθ<0,indicating that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ) by CS2-MCC is spontaneous monolayer adsorption and chemical adsorption,and the content of Cr(Ⅲ) is reduced to 1.470 mg/L after treatment,which can reach the standard of discharge.The prepared thiol functionalized cellulose aerogel material with rich three-dimensional network and excellent adsorption performance was successfully prepared,which solved the shortcomings of cellulosic adsorption materials,such as difficult powder recycling and poor adsorption selectivity.Cr(Ⅲ) can be effectively adsorbed by this material in tannery wastewater,
