Abstract:Physicochemical properties and composition of pyrolysis liquid for oxytetracycline mycelium are analyzed by using elemental analyzer, moisture tester, viscometer and GC-MS etc. . The C content of pyrolysis oil phase is up to more than 50%, the N and O content are 6. 48% and 27. 89% of the pyrolysis oil phase; the N and O content are 7. 89% and 13. 54% of the pyrolysis aqueous phase, respectively. The viscosity of oil phase of pyrolysis liquid which temperature arrange from 300 to 600 ℃ is between 6 980 mPa·s and 8 913 mPa·s, and the viscosity of aqueous phase is between 324 mPa·s and 372 mPa·s. The density of oil phase in pyrolysis liquid is between 1. 089 8 g/cm3 and 1. 127 9 g/cm3, and the density of aqueous phase is from 1. 041 9 g/cm3 to 1. 075 6 g/cm3.
