    摘要:

    致灾农业昆虫捕集滑板仿生研制过程中需要测试昆虫附着系统在材料表面产生的附着力、摩擦力、剪切力等,为满足对毫牛尺度微力的测试需求,研制了拉压式微力测试系统。该系统硬件部分包括测力传感器、配合测力传感器实现微力测试功能的机械机构、传感器输出信号调理模块与能够完成A/D转换的数据采集卡,基于虚拟仪器Labwindows/CVI 编写了系统的数据处理与界面显示程序。调试运行结果表明设计的拉压式微力测试系统能够准确采集昆虫附着系统产生的毫牛尺度微力,并能在显示界面实时、直观地显示,以及能够实现昆虫微力轨迹图和数据组的保存。拉压式微力测试系统的测试精度可达0.1 mN,测试量程范围最大为3.0 N,完全能够满足致灾农业昆虫捕集滑板仿生研制过程中对毫牛尺度微力的测试需求。

    Abstract:

    During biomimetic designing and manufacturing insects trapping plate, the attachment force and friction force of insects on materials, as well as the shear force and fracture force of insect attachment system should be measured accurately. To satisfy the demand of measuring force with mN magnitude, tension compression force measuring system was designed. The hardware of this system consists of force sensor, force measuring platform and mechanical structure matched force sensor, force sensor signal conditioning module and data sampling card. Based on virtual instrument Labwindows/CVI, the data processing and displaying program was achieved. The experimental results confirm that the tension compression force measuring system can measure the force with mN magnitude accurately, and can display the force change intuitively and in real-time, as well as save the force track diagram and data group effectively. The measuring range and precision of this force measuring system is 3. 0N and 0. 1 mN, obviously satisfy the demand of biomimetic designing and manufacturing insects trapping plate.
