To realize organizational support, the actions of multiple distributed decision making units should be coordinated and the local models should also be integrated validly. A novel framework of distributed decision support system is proposed, which consists of interaction system, coordinator, problem processing system, knowledge acquisition system and knowledge system. The functional component architecture of the framework is also presented. Agents with different functions are responsible for problem analysis, solution design, coordination among processing units and integration of local models. Deductive and inductive approaches are the main tools for problem solving. The proposed specified control algorithm can effectively guarantee the implementation of the system based on the framework.
