    摘要:

    基于IEC 61850标准,采用多服务台串联排队理论建立变电站层主控单元(SMU)处理时延的数学模型,研究由紧急情况下缓冲区出现排队现象引起的时延不确定性,推导了缓冲区大小、丢包率和时延之间的解析表达式,提出了满足丢包率和时延要求的缓冲区大小确定方法,并通过实例进行了验证。克服了以往研究基于单CPU的SMU的局限性,将含多CPU的SMU和IED作为整体考虑进行建模,有效提高了SMU报文处理时延的确定性,为SMU通信模块缓冲区的设计提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Based on the standard of IEC61850, the paper constructed the mathematical model of SMU (Substation Main Unit) processing delay by using the multi-server queuing theory, researched into the uncertainty delay caused by the emergency of queuing up phenomenon in the buffer of SMU to derive the analytical expression between buffer size, packet loss rate and delay, and proposed the method verified by examples, which can determine the buffering area suitable for packet loss rate and delay. The research overcomes the limitation in the previous studies based on the SMU of single CPU and constructs the model by taking SMU of multi CPU and IEDs as a whole, which can improve the delay certainty effectively and provides theoretical evidence for the buffering sizes design of communication module of SMU.
