Utilizing D,L-tartrate ammonium as the templating agent, and etraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the material, through hydrolysis and condensation, washing, filtering and drying processes in basic circumstance, SiO2nanotubes were obtained with high yield, uniform size and large aspect ratio. The 1L amplification experiment was carried out. The products were characterized with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
