The way of concentrated heating regulation for indirect connection hot water heating system with second network using temperature adjustment and first network using temperature-flow regulating is analyzed. A network water supply and backwater temperature calculation formula is derived when first network relative flow rate changes randomly with relative thermal load rate. Two special cases on flow optimization adjustment coefficient are analyzed.
