This paper analyses the real-time system kernel named DSP/BIOS from TI company and designed the intelligent circuit breaker system with DSP/BIOS as the core of the system. In the form of thread, each sub-module, allocated system resources, analyzed and designed the system are arranged, and the real-time control of intelligent circuit breaker ultimately is achieved. Practice has proved that the system is running well and the real-time progerties and the accuracy are botn improved.
