A quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine semen aiziphi spinosae was established.The description and the physiochemical identification tests of semen ziziphi spinosae were carried out.The HPLC method of determination about Jujuboside A in semen ziziphi spinosae was studied.This method is simple,accurate and of good repeatability.The data were analyzed by “similarity evaluation software” to compare the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of semen ziziphi spinosae from different habitats.This quality standard can be used to control the quality of semen ziziphi spinosae.
