Educational equity is the jumping-off of social equity, and now is the main means on how to improve our social equity. on the basis of studying the affecting factors of educational equity, the article studied the affecting factors quantificationally by Analytical Hierarchy Process, and expected that we should find the primary conflicts, offer the scientific support for establishing the policy which could promote our education development impartially.
