According to the stuctural characterisitics of fuzzy number,a principle which standardizes general fuzzy numbers to triangular ones based on the concept of cut-complement ratio is proposed.The concrete form of membership-balanced operator for triangularization is given for the case of cut-complement ratio being 1.After analyzing the operational properties of a membership-balanced operator for triangularization,a model to solve a system of fuzzy linear equations is established,and the specific operation procedures of the modeling are put forward.All of these will help to develop useful techniques to process synthesizedly fuzzy information.
