Hot melt adhesive for dress is one of the body materials for bonding lining cloth.It has such peculiarities as low melting point,strong tenacity and rigid powder function.Now the current smashing methods are normal temperature smash, freezing smash and chemical smash, etc. The article analyzed the process, equipment, merits and shortcomings of every method, and explored the technology of chemical smash. The selection and use level of the chemical agent and the control and adjustment of the technical condition are important factors that influence the quality of the smashing process.
