The paper obtains the Plemelj formula for regular function vectors on unbounded domains in Clifford analysis.And then,by the compressed fixed point theorem,the paper gives the existence and the integral expression of the solution to the boundary value problem with shift and conjugate value for regular function vectors on unbounded domains in Clifford analysis.
