Abstract:During biomimetic designing and manufacturing insects trapping plate, the attachment force and friction force of insects on materials, as well as the shear force and fracture force of insect attachment system should be measured accurately. To satisfy the demand of measuring force with mN magnitude, tension compression force measuring system was designed. The hardware of this system consists of force sensor, force measuring platform and mechanical structure matched force sensor, force sensor signal conditioning module and data sampling card. Based on virtual instrument Labwindows/CVI, the data processing and displaying program was achieved. The experimental results confirm that the tension compression force measuring system can measure the force with mN magnitude accurately, and can display the force change intuitively and in real-time, as well as save the force track diagram and data group effectively. The measuring range and precision of this force measuring system is 3. 0N and 0. 1 mN, obviously satisfy the demand of biomimetic designing and manufacturing insects trapping plate.

Abstract:Thermal barrier coatings(TBC)are crucial materials of high-temperature components in aero-engine. Its quality and performance is therefore significant for nondestructive testing(NDT). This paper systematically reviews the history and research state of NDT techniques in the field of TBC. Moreover, it mainly introduces the development direction of NDT techniques which apply to the inspection of thermal grown oxide(TGO)and residual stress in thermal barrier coating.

Abstract:It is difficult to machine SiC single crystal slicing by diamond wire saw due to the high hardness and brittleness of SiC single crystal, the high wear speed of machine tool, low machining efficiency and high possibility of fragment and damage on the slicing surface or subsurface. So the manufacturing technology is critical to produce high-quality SiC single crystal slicing and high performance saw wire. In this paper, recent progress of manufacturing technology of SiC single crystal wire saw slicing and electroplated diamond wire saw is summarized. The problems in machining process are reviewed and analyzed. The research trend on SiC single crystal wire saw slicing technique is also presented.

Abstract:Due to the high hardness and high toughness of Hetian Jade, an outside chip removal mechanical vibration deep-hole drilling system is designed. The simulation of drilling head and vibration system is also included. The theory of gun drill low frequency vibration mode deep-hole vibration drilling system is researched, which provides some support for later ultrasonic deep-hole processing mechanism study and cleft prevent strategy research.

Abstract:Tributyltin in Jiaozhou gulf sea water is determined online by automatic analyzer, which is applied to measure the organotin in seawater with multiple coupling techniques like HSSPME-GC-FPD. The result indicates that different concentrations of tributyltin in selected sea areas are detected. It shows that the sea water in Jiaozhou gulf has been polluted by tributyltin.

Abstract:Antibiotic residues in animal tissues and animal-originated food are hidden dangers which affect food safety and human health, and become problem worldwide. This article describes the research progress on the detection of antibiotic residues in animal tissues and animal-originated food in recent years and compares these methods. Possible future directions in the analytical methods of antibiotic residues are also outlined.

Abstract:(L)-α-Hydroxyl acids are synthesized by using(L)-amino acid, NaNO2 and H2SO4 as starting materials via diazotization. The reactions are carried out at 0~5 ℃ and the configuration of products is maintained. All specific optical rotation agrees with reported data. The synthetic target molecules are characterized by 1H NMR.

Abstract:In this paper, a sulfur/graphene composite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, where graphene was regarded as a carrier of sulfur active substance. The surface structure and crystal form of the composite material were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM). It was found that graphene appeared multi-layer and sulfur was fully coated by graphene. Electrochemical tests demonstrated that the reversibility of sulfur active material had improved by adding graphene and internal resistance had increased after a number of cycles. The first discharge specific capacity was up to 1 145 mAh/g at 0. 3 mA/cm2 and the capacity remained about 500 mAh/g after 30 cycles.

Abstract:The principle and characteristics of BP neural network and genetic algorithm are introduced and Pidgeon process is briefed. The standard BP neural network has disadvantages of slow-rate convergence and getting easily into local minima value. The prediction model based on BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm with input of calcined dolomite activity, silicon ratio, pelletizing pressure, reduction time, reduction temperature, and vacuum degree is established to study the relationship between process parameters and magnesium reduction degree. The model is rehearsed and tested by the screening production data. The results show that the prediction model can precisely predict the magnesium reduction degree, the hit rate of the model with ΔηMg≤ ±1. 0% is about 96%, the maximum error is less than 1. 3%. To some extent the selection of process parameters in Pidgeon process can be extracted by the model.

Abstract:Area Replacement Rule and the method namely "design by stress analysis" in which Finite Element Method is used are adopted in the analysis of a cylinder vessel with 100-500mm openings and 1-6MPa internal pressures. In the process of stress analysis design, two paths noted as Path1 and Path2 are used in the stresses assessments. The results indicate that analysis by Path1 is relatively conservative by comparing to Path2 which is listed in the national standard. According to the results from Path2, reinforcement pad method is suitable for conditions in which internal pressure is below 6 MPa, and at a relative low pressure the safety margin is of a great amount for reinforcement pad method.

Abstract:In this paper, the sensor fault accommodation problem for the attitude control system of near space vehicle in reentry flight phase is investigated by using the generalized augmented system method. Firstly, the T-S fuzzy model is represented by the nonlinear attitude control system of near space vehicle in reentry phase. Meanwhile, the sensor fault model is introduced. Secondly, the T-S fuzzy model with sensor fault for near space vehicle is transformed into a T-S fuzzy singular system by using the generalized augmented system. A full-dimension state observer which is used to estimate the state vectors and the sensor fault vectors of the attitude control system is designed. Based on the estimated fault, the feedback control scheme is given by utilizing sensor fault compensation technique, such that the closed-loop control system can asymptotic accommodate the effect of sensor fault. Finally, simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract:Task scheduling is a NP-completed problem in the gird environment, and it is the key issue on gird computing. In this paper, an algorithm based on task decomposition and time-balancing is proposed, and it aims at scheduling problem of the task grazing in gird computing. The algorithm fully considers features of the gird resources in the scheduling. The remapping and task decomposition strategy are applied. In order to verify the performance, simulated experiments are conducted. As for the completion time and system resource utilization, the performance is compared with the Max-min and Max-int algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm is better than the compared algorithms.

Abstract:Physicochemical properties and composition of pyrolysis liquid for oxytetracycline mycelium are analyzed by using elemental analyzer, moisture tester, viscometer and GC-MS etc. . The C content of pyrolysis oil phase is up to more than 50%, the N and O content are 6. 48% and 27. 89% of the pyrolysis oil phase; the N and O content are 7. 89% and 13. 54% of the pyrolysis aqueous phase, respectively. The viscosity of oil phase of pyrolysis liquid which temperature arrange from 300 to 600 ℃ is between 6 980 mPa·s and 8 913 mPa·s, and the viscosity of aqueous phase is between 324 mPa·s and 372 mPa·s. The density of oil phase in pyrolysis liquid is between 1. 089 8 g/cm3 and 1. 127 9 g/cm3, and the density of aqueous phase is from 1. 041 9 g/cm3 to 1. 075 6 g/cm3. Abstract:Organic polymer/inorganic semiconductor hybrid solar cell has becoming a research hotspot because of its high theoretical efficiency. Hybrid solar cell combines the advantages of semiconducting polymer and inorganic semiconductor nanomaterials. The background, composition and working mechanism of hybrid solar cell are introduced in this paper. The development of hybrid solar cell is discussed from the points of semiconducting polymer material, inorganic semiconductor material and phase interface modification. At last, a perspective on the future development of hybrid solar cell is also discussed.

Abstract:Durability test of emission control system for a China Ⅳ diesel engine is operated on an AVL engine test bed. European steady state cycle(ESC)test and European transient state cycle(ETC)test are both conducted before and after durability test. The emissions are measured by AVL AMA i60 Exhaust Measurement System. The emission characteristics of gaseous pollutions measured before durability test shows a behavior similar to the ones after durability test at the engine operation conditions. After the Durability test, NOx emissions show minor change, emissions of PM, CO and HC are increased up to 67%, 508% and 85% respectively in ETC cycle, whereas they increased slightly in ESC test. The diesel engine can meet the China Ⅳ emission standard during the durability test, and the emission control system complies with the national standard GB 20890-2007.

Abstract:A numerical simulation is carried out for the analysis of Double-Inclined Streamline Ribs tube(DISR tube)which is used in vehicle exhaust heat recovery. The influence on the heat exchange performance by structural parameter is analyzed. The results shows that the DISR tube structural parameter exists the optimal value of rib length(l=38 mm), rib inclined degree(α=45°), rib height(h=2. 5 mm)and rib pitch(P=60 mm). Comparing a DISR tube with a plain tube in the same condition and range of Reynolds numbers(Re=1. 2×104~5×104), the Nusselt number is enhanced up to 54. 5%~90. 7%, and the friction factor increases to 157. 6%~204. 2%. Meanwhile, when the field synergy angle was reduced from 90° to 80°, the heat transfer effect is enhanced significantly. The paper presents that the field synergy angle decline greatly near every ribs, which is the main reason for the heat transfer enhancement.
