Abstract:By using eigenvalue criteria, the existence of positive solutions to the boundary value problems with integral boundary conditions is considered, where the nonlinear term f:[0,1]×[0,∞)→[0,∞) satisfies Caratheodory conditions. The existence of at least three positive solutions is proved for the boundary value problems when the nonlinear term meets some certain conditions.

Abstract:In this paper, the Krasnoselskii''s fixed-point index theorem is employed in a cone to study the existence and non-existence of positive solutions to the second order impulsive functional differential equations with two parameters. By defining integral operators, sufficient conditions under which the above problem has at least one or two positive solutions or has no positive solution are put forward.

Abstract:furanylboronic acid was synthesized with 2-bromofuran and tributyl borate as raw materials by using the n-butyl lithium reagent method. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time,reactant molar ratio and pH value on the reaction yield were investigated. The purity and structure of the product were characterized by HPLC,FTIR and 1H NMR. The optimal reaction condition for the synthesis of 2-furanylboronic acid was obtained as follows:the temperature is -60℃, the time is 1h, the molar ratio is n(2-bromofuran)∶n(tributyl borate)∶n(n-butyl lithium)=1.00∶1.20∶1.20, and the pH is 6.0. Under the above reaction conditions,the yield of 2-furanylboronic acid reaches 84.0% and its purity is up to 99.7027%.

Abstract:A series of silver nanoparticles with good dispersion, controllable size and uniform size distribution were prepared by liquid phase reduction method with silver nitrate as precursor and P(AA-co-HEA) prepared in our laboratory as the stabilizing agent and reducing agent, respectively. The effects of neutralization degree of the copolymer, reaction temperature, composition and content of P(AA-co-HEA) on sizes of silver nanoparticles were investigated. The chemical composition and morphological structure of P(AA-co-HEA)/Ag nanocomposite sol were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and so on. The antibacterial experiments show that the as-prepared nanocomposite sol has excellent antibacterial activities both to Escherichia coli and Staphylococci aureus.

Abstract:The inclusion compound of indomethacin and SEB7-β-CD were prepared by saturated solution method, grinding method and freeze-dried method. The inclusion compound was identified by differential scanning calorimetric method. The contents of indometacin and inclusion rate were determined by the ultraviolet spectrometry(UV). Encapsulation efficiency of the SBE-β-CD inclusion compound prepared by grinding method can reach 61.0%. And the preparation of inclusion compound by grinding method makes drug molecules overcome the steric hindrance of the SBE-β-CD and enter the cavity of host molecules, so as to improve the inclusion rate.

Abstract:Whether Lycium barbarum polysaccharides has positive effect on preservation and growth of Lactobacillus delbriickii is studied. The traditional water extraction is employed to obtain polysaccharides. Cells grow in MRS with different concentration of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides. Within a certain concentration range, positive correlation is found between polysaccharides concentration and total viable count of Lactobacillus. The increased polysaccharides concentration in MRS appeares to be responsible for the stimulatory effects on the growth and preservation of Lactobacillus.

Abstract:The prediction model of surface roughness for hardened steel turning has been established. Through optimization of orthogonal hard turning test by using PCBN tools, the surface roughness of hardened bearing steel GCr15equals that of fine grinding processing. The results show that feeding and corner radius are the most important factors which affect the surface roughness in precision hard turning by using PCBN tools. This research could provide reference for the selection of process parameters in precision hard turning.

Abstract:Based on the minimum resistance law of framework, the rotational principle of pole framework of changing degrees of freedom mechanism (CDFM) is researched into, considering the factors of friction and gravity, and the formula about the rotational principle of pole framework is put farward. Based on Taylor series, the friction torque is linearized in consideration of the friction of the ratational. As an example, the orders of planar five-bar mechanism was analyzed in detail.

Abstract:With information entropy theory, the fuzzy static intensity and fuzzy load of conjunction bolt will be equivalent to the stochastic static intensity and the stochastic load, respectively. The static intensity reliable index according to conjunction bolt safety grade is determined. With the reliable index, the design method of conjunction bolt static strength is established, and the reliability safety factor of the static strength is obtained. The research results show that:1) Regarding security rating for general, relatively important and important conjunction bolts, the reliable indexes of yield intensity are 0.815,1.920and 3.819, respectively; and the reliable indexes of bolt tensile strength are 3.740,4.729and 6.820, respectively. 2) Based on the reliable index which satisfiyes the conjunction bolt static intensity, regarding security rating for general, relatively important and important conjunction bolts and under static load condition, the smallest reliable safety factors of yield strength are 1.10,1.25and 1.45respectively; the smallest reliable safety factors of tensile strength are 1.35,1.50and 1.60, respectively. Under changing load condition, the smallest reliable safety factors of yield strength are 1.15,1.35and 1.75, respectively; the smallest reliable safety factors of tensile strength are 1.60,1.80and 2.20, respectively.

Abstract:Considering the problem that rioters deliberately set fire when the armed police forces deal with riots, a tactical fire extinguishing bomb for police is designed, which is a kind of personal fire-fighting equipment. According to the design proposal about the extinguishing agent, injection drug, bomb body and spurt equipment, sample bomb is manufactured. The experiments prove that the bomb has good effect when dealing with emergency fires, and meets the demand of the armed police forces for tactical application.

Abstract:In order to obtain the data of the physical properties of ionic liquids and organic, the densities of two imidazolium-based ionic liquids, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate ([BF4]) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([PF6]), and their binaries with N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) at the temperature range from 293.15K to 353.15K in atmospheric pressure were determined, respectively. Excess molar volumes(VE) of solution have been obtained from these experimental data and they are negative. It has been interpreted in terms of ion-dipole interactions and structural factors of the ionic liquid and DMF. The temperature and the concentration of DMF dependency were correlated with the density value by using a linear equation and fifth-order polynomial. The correlations give satisfactory results.

Abstract:Superfine zinc oxide particles were prepared by using direct precipitation method under a certain ultrasonic frequency. The changes of the products under ultrasonic with three different raw materials were studied. The optimum ultrasonic time is 50min and the optimum ultrasonic strength is 40%. The optimized superfine zinc oxide products are spherical like with hollow holes in the grain, and the particle diameter is about 200nm.

Abstract:Beeline and ellipse are the important elements in computer vision measurement. A spatial moment operator with three gray model is proposed. Firstly, the edge at the level of pixel is located by the Laplacian of gaussian operator, and subpixel location of the edge is obtained by the spatial moment. Then, the beeline and ellipse edge pixel pionts are extracted by the Hough transform at the level of subpixel. Finally, the subpixel beeline and ellipse edge is extracted by the least square curve fitting method. The experimental results show that spatial moment subpixel edge location and the extraction of beeline and ellipse on image plane possess high precision and high stability.

Abstract:This paper presents the class-centre vector based category algorithm, which is regarded as the basis of the text classification in case-based reasoning application. On the basis of the proposed algorithm, this method can be used to determine those cases'' affiliation, and as a result this can reduce the retrieval scope so as to reduce the calculation and improve the precision. We use the proposed algorithm in the traffic accident analysis and the corresponding early warning system. The experimental results and the analysis prove the feasibility of the approach, and the existing problems and further works are also discussed in the end.

Abstract:The paper studies the intelligent decision support system, which is applied in intelligent warning system for colleges and universities public emergencies. Firstly, existing data of college emergencies is used to create decision support knowledge base. Then, the function model of the intelligent warning system is established, while the intelligence decision support algorithm of the intelligent warning system is proposed. At last, the intelligent warning system based on intelligence decision support is put forward, which can help avoid or mitigate it the occurrence of secondary derivative harm of the emergencies.

Abstract:To realize organizational support, the actions of multiple distributed decision making units should be coordinated and the local models should also be integrated validly. A novel framework of distributed decision support system is proposed, which consists of interaction system, coordinator, problem processing system, knowledge acquisition system and knowledge system. The functional component architecture of the framework is also presented. Agents with different functions are responsible for problem analysis, solution design, coordination among processing units and integration of local models. Deductive and inductive approaches are the main tools for problem solving. The proposed specified control algorithm can effectively guarantee the implementation of the system based on the framework.

Abstract:The business intelligence gathering system is different from the traditional search engine system. The data classification and clustering techniques of the traditional search engine can not fully meet the special needs of timeliness and pertinence in the business intelligence gathering process. This paper presents a solution to business intelligence gathering, by using Bayesian classification algorithm and deleting duplicated web pages algorithms in the cloud computing environment to achieve internet data''s real-time capturing, analysis, classification and clustering, and form the omnibearing and three-dimensional intelligence noumenon of users. The amount of data captured is stored in a distributed file system. The gathered information is stored in the cloud database CouchDB.

Abstract:In view of the problem of model establishment in the simulation analysis, the Multi Reference Frame model is selected. The reduction formula of the velocity between absolute reference frame and relative reference frame is determined. Factors influencing air mass flow and speed at sucking inlet are studied by changing rotating speed and the distance between material transport pipe and the roller. According to the results, the structure size and operation parameters are optimized. The results show that the Multi Reference Frame model can realize the flow field simulation analysis. For assignment width of 400mm, when the roll speed is 300rad/min and the distance between transport pipe and roller is 350mm, the air mass flow and speed at sucking inlet are the largest.

Abstract:For the reinforcement of structural member on site, the member can not be unloaded. So this paper studies BFRP constraint preloaded square concrete column under uniaxial load. The stress-strain curve of the specimen is deeply researched into. It is found that the curve is close to the parabola. Based on previous researches, the model of parabola plus linear is determined. Through the processing of test data, the model of peak stress and strain of the parabola vertex is obtained. Moreover, with the theoretical derivation, the complete stress-strain model is obtained. The preload taken into account, the model is closer to actual engineering compared with other models.

Abstract:A novel self-made organic amine used for removing SO2from exhaust gas is introduced. Through contrasting absorptive capacity and the absorption rate of a series of organic amines, self-made organic amine was selected as the main part of flue gas desulfurization because of its higher capacity for absorption of SO2and better absorption rate. By changing the organic amine concentration, the initial absorber pH value, the absorbtion temperature and the desorption temperature, the test results show that the desulfurization liquid concentration is 1.0mol/L, desulfurization liquid pH value is 8, absorbtion temperature is 50℃, the desorption temperature is 110℃, and the most appropriate desorption time is 60min.

Abstract:A highly active denitrifier named GW1was isolated from the denitrification granule sludge, and 16S rDNA identification of the strain was performed. Influencing factors such as temperature, pH, carbon source and C/N ratio were optimized through batch experiments,and the effect of nitrate concentration on the denitrification was also studied. The phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA suggests that strain GW1is the closest relative of Paracoccus versutus with 99.9% sequence similarity and high homology. Genbank sequence number is GU111570. Strain GW1is Gram-positive. The optimal conditions for the denitrification by strain GW1are sodium succinate as carbon source, temperature 35~40℃, pH(7.0~8.0)and proposed project use of C/N ratio 3, respectively. Strain GW1can remove nitrate effectively. The study may help solve the problem of slow denitrifying rate.

Abstract:This paper is to characterize terramycin and penicillin bacterial residues from the microbial fermentation process in the pharmaceutical industry. Element analyzer instrument, atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS), high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis, DTG-60H instrument, XRY-1B oxygen bomb calorimeter and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) are employed to identify the two samples in order to investigate the physical and chemical characteristics. The results show that the bacterial residues contain characteristically high carbon and oxygen levels, which are more than 40% and 30%,respectively. The concentrations of inorganic components, seven heavy metals (Pb, Cr, Cd, Zn, As, Ni and Hg) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are low. The main functional group are O—H and C—C, which are the characteristic functional groups of protein, cellulose and other organic substances. The pyrolysis process of terramycin and penicillin bacterial residues has three stages, and most of the organic materials are decomposed at the second stage.Additionally, the calorific values of terramycin and penicillin bacterial residues are 16894kJ/kg and 17641kJ/kg, respectively.
