Abstract:Based on the second law of thermodynamics and the new definition of a spontaneous process, the more convenient and applicable thermodynamic criteria that include the criteria for the process involving work are deduced. The applications of the criteria in electrochemical process, surface process and photochemical process are illustrated in detail.

Abstract:The title compound C24H20Cl2FeN2O2was synthesized by the reaction of 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde, acetylferrocene, ethyl cyanoacetate, and ammonium acetate in aqueous medium under microwave irradiation. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic and space group P21/n,a=0.749(3) nm,b=1.136(3) nm,c=2.577(3) nm,α=γ=90°,β=94.021(2)°,V=2.188(1) nm3, Mr =495.17, Dc=1.503g/cm3, Z=4,λ=0.071073nm,μ(Mo Kα)=0.958mm-1,F(000) =1016,R=0.0797, and wR=0.1616.

Abstract:Two kinds of Cartesian codes are constructed by using a distance-regular graph of order (s,t) and antipodal distance-regular graphs of diameter d, respectively. Moreover, their parameters and the probability of successful impersonation attack and substitution attack are computed, respectively.

Abstract:On the basis of the principle of molecular design, polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prepared by means of free radical polymerization with MPEGAA, AA and MAD as major monomers. The effects of total monomer concentration, initiator and reaction time on polymerization rate of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer were investigated, and the polymerization kinetic relation was obtained as r∝C0.5903Ic0.8089Me-5465/T. The reducing performance of the superplasticizer was determined by means of measuring the fluidity of the cement paste, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained, e.g.:the molar ratio of n(MPEGAA)∶n(AA)∶n(MAD) is 1∶1.50∶0.36, the amount of initiator is 2.5wt% of monomer, the reaction temperature is 60℃, and the reaction time is 6h.

Abstract:Dipotassium salt of 1-nitro-2,2-bismercaptoethylene is the key intermediate which can be used to produce N-methyl-1-methylthio-2-nitroethenamine. The selectivity equations of main and side reactions were developed to analyze the effect of temperature and concentration, and for reducing side-product and enhancing product yield the following improving measures are taken:1) increasing the temperature from 25℃ to 40℃; 2)adding CS2slowly and dropwisely; 3)diluting the concentration of KOH/C2H5OH from 30% to 20%. With adopting new synthesis technology, the product yield increases to over 90%. The new synthesis technology is of potential for industrial-scale production. Current results indicate that, via analyzing the effect of temperature and concentration, then taking correspondent means to adjust and modify the reaction conditions and the feeding fashions, the aim of increasing product yield can be achieved.

Abstract:Product 1is produced by reaction of racemic diaminocyclohexane with L-(+)-tartric acid, then it is condensed with 3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde to give chiral Ligand 2, after which 2reacts with Co(OAc)2·4H2O, and then it is converted to Salen-Co(Ⅲ)(OAc) by oxidation. Research in hydrolytic kinetic resolution of racemic terminal epoxides by Salen-Co(Ⅲ)(OAc) catalyst is conducted, and the ee value of chiral diol is of up to 99.7%.

Abstract:Acetyl derivatives of imidazolidin were prepared by the reaction of acetyl imidazolidin with aspirin and indomethacin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, respectively. Then their effect on the learning and memory function of mice is studied. According to mosaic theory to modify the chemcial constitution, the target compound was synthesized by halogenation and condensation reaction. After that, the praxiological changes of each group of mice are analyzedl by adopting the means of morris water maze. Two new compounds are obtained:2-(1-acetyl-2-oxoimidazol-idine-3-carbonyl)phenyl acetate (the target compound A)and 1-acetyl-3-(2-(1-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)acetyl)imidazolidin-2-one(the target compound B), with yield of 20.7% and 30.5%. The target compound A could shorten the time for swimming the whole process and decrease the times of mistakes compared with the model group in the Morris Water Maze tests. The process is stable, safe and free from pollution in mild condition.The target compound A is beneficial to increase the learning and memory capacities of mice.

Abstract:This paper is to establish the optimum extraction technology of total polyphenols(TP) in Clematis manshurica Rupr. by ultrasonic extraction method. By using the extraction efficiency of TP in Clematis manshurica Rupr. as evaluating indicator, some important factors, such as the concentration of ethanol, the extracting time, the ratio between raw material and solvent and the extracting times, are optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The content of TP in Clematis manshurica Rupr. is determined by spectrum photometric method at detection wavelength of 766nm. The optimum extraction condition of TP in Clematis manshurica Rupr. with ultrasonic method are obtained as follows: the concentration of ethanol, the extracting time is 35min, the ratio of raw material to solvent is 1∶30, and the extraction times is 3times is 55%. The concentration of gallic acid and its absorption value shows a good linear relationship at the range of 1.116~11.160μg/mL. It is concluded that the ultrasonic extraction method obtained in the paper is easy to operate and reliable, so it could be used for extracting TP in Clematis manshurica Rupr.

Abstract:A method using HPLC is established to determine orientin in tissue of rabbits and to study the characteristic of the orientin when injected into veins. After orientin is injected into veins, tissue samples are collected at time sharing. The rabbit is put to death by bloodletting, then the heart, liver, brain, kidney, lung and spleen are taken out to prepare homogenate tissue. HPLC is used for determination of orientin in tissue of rabbits. Theory of statistical moment is used to account AUC of each tissue sample. Endogenous material in tissue does not interfere in determination of orientin. In amplitude of 0.0500～50.0mg/L, mass concentration of orientin and peak area have a good linear relation, and the quantitation of lower limit is 0.0500mg/L. The RSD of precision,accuracy and plus sample recovery are all less than 15%. The AUC order of each tissue is kidney＞liver＞lung＞spleen＞heart＞brian.After log transition of AUC data, normality test, homogeneity test for variance and analysis of variance are conducted.The result shows AUC of each tissue have significant difference(p＜0.05).Orientin distribute in dominating tissue of rabbits is obviously different.

Abstract:In this article First Order Second Moment method and Monte-Carlo methods are used to calculate the reliability of the pipelines under uniform corrosion conditions. The results show that the data obtained by Monte-Carlo is a little lower than that by First Order Second Moment. Reliability assessment also shows that the reliability is continuously decreasing while the stress of the pipeline is still lower than yield limit of the material. At the 20th year of the pipeline''s use, the reliability is only 0.58, and the pipeline is not safe anymore. The parameters analysis of influence factors show that the thickness is the most important factor that influence the reliability, while yield limit is the second and load is the third. The influence of different loads to the reliability is decided by their awards to the total stress of the pipeline.

Abstract:Cavity receiver plays an important role in the dish solar thermal power system.Its performance can affect the efficiency of the whole system.In the present work,the 2-D-model of six typical cavity receivers are created and FLUENT6.3is used to investigate the approximate estimation of the natural convection heat loss of the cavity receivers.The six typical cavity receivers are calculated at the same aperture diameter(10cm), the same wall temperature(400℃), and the same inclination(α=0°). The result of the present numerical procedure shows that the natural convection heat loss from the spherical cavity receiver is approximately 10% fewer than that of the other five. The effect of AW/A1(inner surface area/aperture area) on the convection heat loss has also been studied for the spherical cavity receiver at different inclinations. The convection heat loss is maximum at 0°(cavity aperture facing sideways) and decreases monotonically with increase in angle up to 90°(cavity aperture facing down). The optimal AW/A1for spherical cavity receiver ranges from 8to 10.

Abstract:In this paper, a high gain and high fully differential gain boosted operational fold cascade amplifier is proposed. The amplifier is designed for MDAC of pipelined analog-to-digital converter. Both the main amplifier and the boosted amplifier adopt fully differential fold-cascade structure. The main amplifier uses a switched capacitance common mode feedback circuit to stabilize the output. With 5.0V power supply, this circuit is designed in CSMC 0.5μm CMOS process. Spectre simulation shows that the whole amplifier has the DC gain of 126.3dB and the unity gain bandwidth of 316MHz under 2pF single ended load, and the settling time is 4.3ns with an accuracy of 0.01%.

Abstract:Based on the standard of IEC61850, the paper constructed the mathematical model of SMU (Substation Main Unit) processing delay by using the multi-server queuing theory, researched into the uncertainty delay caused by the emergency of queuing up phenomenon in the buffer of SMU to derive the analytical expression between buffer size, packet loss rate and delay, and proposed the method verified by examples, which can determine the buffering area suitable for packet loss rate and delay. The research overcomes the limitation in the previous studies based on the SMU of single CPU and constructs the model by taking SMU of multi CPU and IEDs as a whole, which can improve the delay certainty effectively and provides theoretical evidence for the buffering sizes design of communication module of SMU.

Abstract:In answer to the requirement of internet opinions analysis, this paper discusses the STC algorithm for text clustering, in order to discover common phrases that can assign documents and form document clusters. Because web document titles and abstracts can express the main ideas, web document clusters are created by STC algorithm, and clusters of internet public opinions information are created by using this method.

Abstract:In order to evaluate software maintainability,an experiment was made about class dates of software maintainability. Class maintainability was qualitatively evaluated by applying Losiscope. Some class metrics were collected by using Krakatau Professional, metric attributes were analysed through WEKA and the key attributes were obtained. At last,professional class model was trained through decision tree classifier, and the model was tested.

Abstract:This paper introduces a method of determining the bearing capacity of rotary jet grouting piled composite foundation, and in combination with the on-site experiment of rotary jet grouting piled composite foundation in Shenzhen area, makes the analysis on the bearing capacity of the composite foundation. It is confirmed that while utilizing the formula to estimate the characteristic value of capacity, the values of Ra, fsk and β should be properly chosen. The determination of the characteristic value of capacity is studied when the range is 30% greater than that of the average in the static load test. Accordingly, a method is put forward to convert the bearing capacity of composite foundation by different pressure plate area load tests to the actual bearing capacity of composite foundation.

Abstract:The effects of medias containing different concentration of IAA and 6-BA or NAA and 6-BA on tomato callus induction, bud differentiation and rooting were detected in hypocotyl and cotyledon of Zhenmu No.1. The results show that MS+0.2mg/L IAA+1.0mg/L 6-BA is the best medium for callus induction and bud differentiation of cotyledon；MS+0.5mg/L IAA+1.0mg/L 6-BA is the optimum medium for callus induction and bud differentiation of hypocotyl；the optimum root induction medium is MS +0.1mg/L IAA.

Abstract:The composition of azithromycin wastewater is very complex. It has the characteristics of high pH value, deep color, high COD, low BOD, and low decomposability. The ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis is used to dispose azithromycin wastewater, and the various influence factors are studied. Results show that the optimal conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 25℃, m(Fe)/m(C) is 3∶1,the initial pH is 4, the amount of Fe is 0.45g/L, and the reaction time is 2h. Finally up to 53.21% COD could be removed under the above best technological conditions.
