Abstract:Filling metal foam in the phase change material(PCM) can improve the heat transfer performance effectively. The paper explores chiefly the changement of coefficient of heat conductivity after filling metal foam. The paper creates model and analogue result by making use of Fluent and its fore treatment software Gambit. The result shows that filling metal foam can make temperature distribution homogeneous, shorten the time of phase change, and increase efficiency of energy storage.

Abstract:The surface of Cr4Mo4V was modified with N+, diamond-like carbon thin film(DLC) and TiC plasma immersion implantation(PIII) respectively. The surface microhardness was measured. The tribological properties were investigated under dry friction condition against Si3N4ball. The worn surface was observed with optical microscope. Results show that the microhardness increases after ion-implanted. Implanted with TiC, the increasing degree reaches the maximum, 54.7%. And its friction coefficient decreases from 0.9to 0.2, the width of worn scar decreases by 50%. The wear mechanism of un-implanted and implanted with N+ is mainly adhesion. However, the wear of implanted with N+ is more gentle. The wear mechanism of implanted with DLC and TiC is mainly fatigue wear. The synthetical surface performance of ion-implanted steel is in descending sequence of implanted with TiC, DLC and N+.

Abstract:This paper mainly describes the basic principles, design methods and using value of two-beam coagulation in test of the projects of nephelometery. The design of hardware structure, software system based on LabVIEW and key technology were all stated in this paper.Double-beam detection system of cruor does not undermine the fiber, but can avert interference effects of natural light, capture the subtle changes in the solidification process, and guarantee high precision and good accuracy, etc. Most of the blood test items can be detected. The research in the detection system has promoted the medical detection technology.

Abstract:In the equipment debugging process, the simulation results and instrument test are hardly able to judge the correctness of the results or the accurate faults location. This paper presents a fast and accurate way to find fault locations through the examples of 16QAM modulator debugging. This method achieves fast and accurate fault location by using QuartusⅡand MATLAB software.

Different from the current similarity measures in the field, a new measure method was introduced only to provide a new idea in the field. Abstract:Pressure, flow and temperature of urban gas networks affect system function. Based on the practical work condition of gas networks, we build up non-steady flow model containing the energy equation, linerize it with implicit center FDM, solve it by Newton-Rapshan method, and empolder the relative software of transient model programmed with VC++6.0. By calculating the networks, we get the trend of node pressure, node flow and pipe section pressure. Comparing the results for an actural network with the abroad softwares, we conclude that the error is within 2%.

Abstract:The digitally controlled potentiometers (DCP) is a new type of electronic device, which has good development prospect. And the DCP can replace the traditional mechanical potentiometer in many fields. Through controlling the DCP by MCU, a programmable gain amplifier, a programmable filter and other programmable analogy devices can be composed. Through this method, the new design technology of “put the analogy device onto the bus”, which means the MCU controls the analogy modules through bus, can be realized. Firstly the topology of the DCP is set up, which can indicate the adjustable characters and dependence relationship between the internal two resisters. The topology of the DCP also provides conditions for analyzing the operation characters of the DCP in the analogy circuit. Finally the test circuit''s principle, test methods, test data and note items of the DCP are expatiated upon.

Abstract:The study proposed a multisensor data fusion technology, which is based on neural network and fuzzy reasoning technologies and fieldbus. It described in detail the data fusion technology. The imitation results with actual input information confirmed that the multisensor data fusion technology using BP neural network and fuzzy reasoning can accurately forecast fires and effectively lower false alarm rate, and has reached the expected goal.

Abstract:A mild, efficient and eco-friendly procedure for the synthesis of a series novel ionic liquids-coordinated ionic liquids with formula (C4H9)4NX·C6H11NO (X=Cl-,Br- and Ac-) under microwave irradiation was investigated. The CILs were characterized by IR and 1H NMR methods. The properties of this kind of CILs were investigated.

Abstract:The fermentation conditions of Lactobacillus buchneri CICC 6007for production of mannitol were studied in the paper. The results shows that the yield of mannitol is proportional to the cell wet weight. The culture medium containing 150g/L total sugar, in which the ratio of fructose to glucose is 3, is inoculated with 20% seed culture grown at 35℃ and pH 6.5for 36h, then goes to anaerobic fermentation for 48h. The yield of mannitol is 68.5g/L and the rate of convertion from fructose to mannitol is 78.7%.

Abstract:CHO-K1(Chinese hamster ovary cell)cell lines stably expressing hERG gene and its application in drug R&D safety screening were studied. hERG gene was transfected into CHO-K1cell with Lipofectamine 2000, and the expression of hREG was detected by using Western Blot technology and FluxORTM Thallium Assay Kits, proving the inhibition of hERG by detecting Cisapride and Dofetilide. Four cell lines stably expressing hERG gene was established, and ICTM are, respectively, 86.7nmol·L-1, 28.1nmol·L-1 of Cisapride and Dofetilide. hERG is transfected into CHO-K1cell lines successfully, and the cell lines can be used to drug R&D safety screening in FluxORTM Thallium Assay Kits.

Abstract:The formulation of the core tablets was optimized by orthogonal design. Single factor analysis was carried out to identify the coating fluid prescription and the increment in coating weight. The in vitro release was determined in release mediums with different osmotic pressure. The cumulative release of three batches of pentoxifylline osmotic pump controlled release tablets was fitted to zero release equation. The controlled release quality of the osmotic pump controlled release tablets was stable. The results indicate that the preparation conforms to the osmotic release model. The formula of this preparation is stable in technology.

Abstract:One CAD model was built in this study. The relationships of different materials, different material gauges, different draw bead shapes and different draw bead sizes with the ratios of the draw bead resistance forces to the material initial yield stresses were studied respectively from the CAD model by using Dynaform. The study concluded that different materials and different material gauges slightly affected the ratios of the draw bead resistance forces to the material initial yield stresses. Also, it derived that the draw bead shapes and the draw bead sizes are related with the ratios of the draw bead resistance forces to the material initial yield stresses, and the relationship curves were presented.

Abstract:The inevitable damage, aging of steel structures in use process, needs detecting damage location. The wavelet analysis technique provides new ideas and methods for the steel structural damage detection. Based on the theory of wavelet singularity detection, with the injury signal of strain energy as structural damage index, and cantilever beam structure, plane truss structure and spatial truss as examples for numerical simulation, the original damage signal and the damage signal after wavelet transformation is compared. The calculational result shows that the present method as a reliable and practical way can be adopted to detect the single and several locations of damage in structures.

Abstract:In this paper, we study numerical solutions to second-order fuzzy differential equations initial value problems. Two characterization theorems for second-order fuzzy differential equations are given and proved. Second-order fuzzy differential equations can be translated into ordinary differential equations by these characterization theorems, so as to obtain solutions to fuzzy differential equations.

Abstract:Microcapsules with a urea-formaldehyde resin wall were prepared for clomazone herbicide by in-situ polymerization method. The influences of pre-polymerization conditions of urea-formaldehyde, such as molar ratio of urea-formaldehyde, pH value of reaction medium, reaction temperature and reaction time, on the formation of Clomazone herbicide microcapsules, the structure, the size and distribution of particle size and the microcapsulated ratio of core material to the microcapsules were discussed. The results show that molar ratio of urea-formaldehyde n(urea)∶n(formaldehyde)=1︰2.0, pH value is 8.0, reaction temperature is 70℃, reaction time is 60min, the water-solubility of the urea-formaldehyde is good and when it is used in preparation of microcapsule, the microcapsules of fluidizable solid particles with close surface structure wall are prepared. The distribution of particle size is uniform and the ratio of core material to MC is 26.7％.

Abstract:The catalytic property of V2O5-loaded SiO2carrier was examined by oxidation of cyclohexene to 2-cyclohexen-1-one using H2O2as oxidized agent in the presence of 8hydroxyquinoline in acetone solvent at different reaction conditions. Particularly, the influence of catalyst V2O5quantity, assistant-catalyst 8hydroxyquinoline quantities and reaction temperature on the oxidation of cyclohexene was investigated in detail. It is found that 5% V2O-5-loaded SiO2carrier is in favor of the improvement of the catalytic activity while other reaction conditions are the same. The experimental results verify that the conversion rate of cyclohexene and the reaction selectivity of 2- cyclohexen-1-one are better with 5% V2O5on SiO2carrier, the equal quantity of catalyst and 8-hydroxyquinoline and the reaction temperature at 30℃. This is attributed to better dispersion of V2O5among SiO2carrier, leading to the large surface areas of V2O5, which is in favor of producing more active sites as well as increasing the contact area of reactants and the active component.

Abstract:Salicyloyl hydrazide was synthesized by using Ethyl salicylate and Hydrazine hydrate. Electrochemical behaviors and reactive mechanism of salicyloyl hydrazide (SH) at glassy carbon electrode (GCE) were investigated. Electrochemical results show that SH has two reversible oxidation peaks, and the oxidation peaks in the potenital window of 0~1.2V and in 0.10mol·L-1 PBS, are 0.313V and 0.908V, respectively. The research was also done in the influence of the experimental conditions on SH electrochemical behaviors. In the scan rate range of 10~1000mV·s-1, the oxidation and reduction peak currents are linear with the square roots of the scan rate, which shows that electrochemical behavior of SH on GCE is a diffusion controlled electrochemical process. At the same time, according to the experimental results and reference, reactive mechanism of SH was studied.
