Abstract:By using the self-consistent average approximation method and Hellmann-Fevnman(HF)theorem, the eigenvalue of alkali metal atoms with electron spin-orbit coupling is given. The method is also applied to the alkali metal atoms model with the perturbation potential and spin-orbit coupling. It shows that due to the spin-orbit couping, every degenerate energy level is splited to two.

Abstract:Pseudo-sandwich nanogranular C/Co/C films are prepared by magnetron sputtering C and Co onto glass substrates at room temperature and subsequent in situ annealing. C and Co targets use an RF and DC facing deposition mode respectively. The microstructure and magnetic properties of the samples are measured again after three years. Compared to that of three years ago, the microstructure and magnetic properties slightly improve during placement. It has been found that the change is attributed to the reduction of intergrain interaction, which results from the nonmagnetic C atoms diffusing into the grain boundaries of magnetic Co during placement.

Abstract:Micrometer-sized mesoporous silica spheres have been synthesized by using inexpensive sodium silicate as silica source. It was shown that completely spherical mesoporous silica could be obtained by controlling the molar ratios of cationic/nonionic surfactant in this present synthesis. The obtained mesoporous materials were determined by SEM, XRD and N2sorption. The effects of different molar ratios of nonionic/cationic surfactant on the morphologies of mesoporous silica have been examined and mixed templating pathway was proposed for the formation of the spherical morphologies.

Abstract:In the kinetic equation of gas phase reaction, the rate of the reaction expressed as the rate of change of the concentration of the species corresponds to a concentration-rate coefficient, and the rate of the reaction expressed as the rate of change of the pressure of the species corresponds to a pressure-rate coefficient. According to the relation between concentration-rate coefficient and pressure-rate coefficient, relationship between the two types of activation energies corresponding to different rate coefficients are deduced by use of Arrhenius equation, the correctness of the relation are proved and the application conditions of the relationship are concluded.

Abstract:Spontaneous process and its criteria are very important concepts in thermodynamics of physical chemistry. However, the definition of spontaneous process given by various textbooks differs, the characteristics of spontaneous process have been differently comprehended in the textbooks, and further more, the criteria do not completely correspond with the definition in all of the cases. Therefore, difficulties arise in teaching process and the application of the second law of thermodynamics. In this paper, attempts are made to give a rational suggestion on the definition of spontaneous process and its criteria in the discussions, with the purpose of the introduction of spontaneous process.

Abstract:Based on the UV-spectrophotometry of hydrazone which was obtained from aldehyde and hydrazine hydrate, the determination of acetaldehyde and oxalaldehyde at one time was proposed. The reaction was carried out at 60℃ within 50minutess and the mol ratio of aldehyde group and hydrazine is not more than 1∶2and pH=5.5(regulated by CH3COOH-CH3COONa buffer). The detect wavelengths are 230nm and 280nm. The relative standard deviations under the wavelengths are 1.50% and 1.89% separately. The recoveries for acetaldehyde and oxalaldehyde are about 103.53% and 97.14% respectively. This method can be used to determine simultaneously the contents of acetaldehyde and oxalaldehyde, when preparing oxalaldehyde from the reaction of acetaldehyde with nitric acid.

Abstract:LED display system is based on the dot matrix data to display Chinese characters, character and image information. The matrix of the inqut text is extracted from font library and converted to the format suited for single-chip. Then it can be saved as TXT file or by using VB''s ActiveX controls through the serial port, the communication with the single-chip is possible, The specific dynamics of communication parameters can be set up to achieve control of LED display.

Abstract:In this paper, a micro-emulsion reaction system of OP-10/methanol /benzene/water was constructed, and the Raney nickel was choosed as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, reaction time and volume ratio of water to benzene on cyclohexene selectivity and benzene conversion were investigated.The results show that the optimal reaction conditions for the reaction are as follows:reaction temperature 150℃, reaction pressure 4.0MPa, volume ratio of water to benzene 3.0, reaction time 30minutes. Under these conditions, the conversion of benzene is 19.65%, the yield of cyclohexene is 5.61% and the selectivity of cyclohexene is 28.55%.

Abstract:Zinc pyrithione (ZPT) powder was prepared by a reactive precipitation method. The effects of the operation conditions, such as concentration, temperature, reaction time, pH value and ultrasonic treatment on ZPT particle size, morphology, dispersion and yield of the products were experimentally investigated. The as-prepared particles were characterized by SEM, BET, XRD and FTIR techniques. The results indicate that temperature is the key factor for particle size, and the particle size increases in size with the increase of the reaction temperature. When the temperature is below 23℃, ZPT particle is claw-like and when the temperature is higher than 23℃, ZPT particle is prism-like.

Abstract:Microcapsules with a urea-formaldehyde resin wall were prepared for clomazone herbicide by in-situ polymerization method in aqueous medium. The factors that affect the size and distribution of microcapsules particles, the ratio of core material and structural characteristics etc. were discussed. The optimal condition of polymerization can be concluded as following:the skin-core ratio is 1∶1.5, the end point pH value is 3.5, and the acidification time is 3h. Under these conditions, the well microencapsulated fluidizable solid particles were prepared. The distribution of particle size is uniform and the average particle diameter is about 1μm and the ratio of core material is 26.7％.

Abstract:The chemical pharmaceutical wastewater was pretreated by "distillation+ ferric-carbon microelectrolysis+ flocculation" process. The results indicate that the salinity of the integrated wastewater falls from 7.4% to 0.15% after distillation. Then it was treated by "ferric-carbon microelectrolysis + flocculation", and the optimized conditions of ferric-carbon microelectrolysis are pH=3.0, V(Fe)/V(C)=4∶1and HRT=6h. COD removal rate is 26.5%. The optimized pH value of flocculation are 9.0and COD removal rate are 1.5%. After these pretreatment processes, COD removal rate reaches 28.0%, COD is decreased to 20988mg/L, and the ratio of BOD5/COD of wastewater increased from 0.28to 0.41. Then the effluent of the pretreatment process was treated by anaerobic digestion. The results show that COD decreases from 9000mg/L to 2100mg·L-1 and COD removal rate is 75.0%, The volumetric COD loading rate is 1.0kg/(m3·d). Then it could be concluded that after pretreatment, the biodegradability of the chemical pharmaceutical wastewater is improved and suitable for the following biotreatment.

Abstract:To study the distribution of the heavy metals in roadside soil polluted by vehicle exhaust, the soil samples are collected at the XISANHUAN highway in Beijing. Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to analyze the contents of heavy metals in the soils, and the improved BCR sequential extraction method was used to analyze the heavy metals form. The results show that the soils along highways are polluted obviously by Ni, Cr, Pb, Zn and Cd which are respectively 1.17times, 1.59times, 2.20times, 1.77times and 1.96times as much as those in clean control zone soils. But Cu shows the different result, almost not influenced by vehicle exhaust. From the characteristic of heavy metals forms, Cd exists mainly in the acid extractable form and oxide combining form, Pb exits mainly in the organic and sulfide combining form, and Cu, Cr, Zn, Ni exists mainly in the residue form.

Abstract:City heating modes can be divided into three types based on its relation and power production:cogeneration, separate generation of heat power and electrothermal. Traditional heat electricity share method has been disputed in evaluation on energy utilization efficiency of city heating modes. The new heat electricity share method is put forward, whose research object is overall energy heating mode based on various heating modes and related power supply modes. The method firstly determines the power supply mode suited to a certain heating mode, and then the target benchmark heat-to-electricity ratio according to the heating mode heat-to-electricity ratio of cogeneration. Secondly, it determines the overall cycle components of various heating modes with regard to the whole profits of cities. Finally, the performance data of each section of various heating modes are collected and the overall energy efficiencies relative to terminal energy consumption are calculated for comparison.

Abstract:At present, no methods for lateral soil pressure of reinforced earth retaining wall can explain the distribution of working pressure. The site tests show that the lateral soil pressure is distributed with greater value in the middle and less though at the bottom and the top. The distribution of the active and static soil pressure in the gravity retaining wall, which is obtained according to differential element method, is quite close to the site tests of the lateral soil pressure in reinforced earth retaining wall. The linear combination of the active and static soil pressure is consistent with the site test in shape, but not in values. According to soil pressure combination, lateral soil pressure model considering vertical spacing of in reinforced earth retaining wall was put forward. This paper discusseed influence coefficient of the vertical spacing of the reinforcement to the lateral soil pressure in reinforced earth retaining wall. Then the model was confirmed by the site tests and the results show the reasonability of the model.

Abstract:The quality of combed sliver under four kinds of different carding degree is studied on the HXFA299combing machine. The fact shows that effect on comber quality improvment through modifying carding degree is remarkable, particularly of the Nep(cnt/g), SCN(cnt/g) and SFC(w)%. It is not correct that the bigger the carding degree the better. User must search for the most suitable carding degree by testing.
