Abstract:For the refinement of the database in data mining,by analyzing the characteristics and shortcomings of the current attribute reduction methods,and combining with it the features of simple operation and rapid classification of decision tree,the authors established a kind of attribute reduction method (BD-RED) based on decision tree using rule description of the knowledge and similarity measures between rules families.Further,we discussed the explanatory construction of similarity measure between rules families,gave the specific implementation strategy of BD-RED,and analyzed the performance through examples.The results show that BD-RED has a good structure and strong operability,and is an effective way to achieve attribute reduction under different consciousness,so it can be suitable to the large-scale attribute reduction.

Abstract:The research aimed to establish a kind of effective and practical method to produce aprotinin. The trypsin was covalently linked with chemical modified chitosan and used to purify aprotinin from the extract of cattle lungs by affinity chromatography. The result shows that the specific activity of immobilized trypsin on chitosan is 71428BAEE/mg, and the activity recovery of trypsin is 73.5%. It is accepted as a stable and low-cost method and suitable for purifying aprotinin with high activity in industrial manufacturing.

Abstract:Through calculating the values of the atomic time average potential in the cluster and the analysis of the instantaneous structures, some new features of the melting processes are found in comparison to the high-symmetry cluster. The melting processes can be divided into several steps. The first stage involves the majority of the surface atoms (14atoms). The residual 4atoms remain in a quasi-solid. Then all the atoms in the surface of the cluster take part in the melting process, but there are two sites where the atoms stay for a relalively long time. The third stage corresponds to the frequent isomerizations involving all the surface atoms. Finally, all the atoms, including the inner atom of the cluster, begin an isomerization.

Abstract:The author used the boundary element method to research the five different distance cylinders circumfluence problems, that is, the application of boundary element method to in the hydraulic engineering. The velocity field, the pressure field and the cohesive friction resistance of every cylinder were calculated. To improve the precision of calculation, line element and mingle element methods were adopted. The result is reasonable and the method is convenient, simple and adaptable.

Abstract:A quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine semen aiziphi spinosae was established.The description and the physiochemical identification tests of semen ziziphi spinosae were carried out.The HPLC method of determination about Jujuboside A in semen ziziphi spinosae was studied.This method is simple,accurate and of good repeatability.The data were analyzed by “similarity evaluation software” to compare the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of semen ziziphi spinosae from different habitats.This quality standard can be used to control the quality of semen ziziphi spinosae.

Abstract:The synthesis of benxyl propinate with the crystal ball supported nano-sized SO2-4/TiO2solid superacid as catalysts was studied, including esterification conditions and effect of repeated use of the catalyst. Under optimum synthesis condition, the conversion rate of propionic acid is 97.5%. As a result, after the catalyst is used repeatedly for five times (3.0h one time), the 3.0h conversion rate of propionic acid becomes down to 90.3% for the esterificational reaction of propionic acid and alpha-hydroxytoluene. The selectivity of catalyst is good and no by products were formed by gas chromatography. It is excellent for the synthesis of benxyl propinate.

Abstract:Chinese full text information retrivial is one of the efficient technologicies of information retrivial,and a lot of researches have been made on the application of the maximum entropy modeling in the natural language processing during recent years. This paper presents a retrivial system based on maximum entropy principle. The context of speech tagging and word frequencytagging included in database are considered,and Chinese word segmentation algorithm is put forward.By adopting object-oriented and the model driven programming method the algorithm can be used in a system design.

Abstract:The technology of adaptive equalization can effectively overcome the inter-symbol interference caused by dispersion of optical fiber channel and nonlinearity of optical fiber. But the traditional adaptive equalization algorithm has some disadvantages, such as slow convergence, poor stability and bad equalization result. These disadvantages restrict the application of adaptive equalizer in the high-speed optical fiber communication systems. An adaptive equalization algorithm based on QPSO algorithm is presented. Simulation experiments show that the quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm (QPSO) has many advantages, such as fast convergence, high calculation accuracy, etc. The equalization result of QPSO algorithm is better than the traditional control algorithm.

Abstract:A method for solving multiple attribute decision making (MADM) is proposed based on proximal support vector regression machine (PSVRM). The proposed method extracts learning samples from the MADM problem,estimates the multiple attribute utility function,and then sorts the alternatives. It has less number of parameter and is simple and reliable; the kernel does not need to satisfy the Mercer''s condition. An example demonstrates its feasibility and availability.

Abstract:An adaptive identification method of simple dynamic recurrent neural network (SRNN) for nonlinear dynamic systems is presented. This method deduces the recursive prediction error (RPE) learning algorithm of SRNN,and improves the algorithm by studying topological structure on recursion layer without the weight values. The simulation results indicate that this kind of neural network can be used in real-time control,due to its less weight values,simpler learning algorithm,higher identification speed,and higher precision of model. It solves the problems of intricate in training algorithm and slow rate in convergence caused by the complicated topological structure in usual dynamic recurrent neural network.

Abstract:In the paper, the seismic responses of adjacent-structure-system connected with friction damper were studied and the parameters influence was analyzed. Two numerical models, ideal bilinear model and Bouc-Wen hysteretic model of friction dampers are proposed for adjacent structure. It''s found that the proposed two numerical models are accorded with each other perfectly. The maximal displacement and acceleration of top floor of the sub-structure, the total energy dissipation of system and the ratio of damper energy dissipation wre proposed as targets of control effect. Then the seismic responses of adjacent single-degree-of-freedom structures and multi-degree-of-freedom structures connected with friction dampers wre studied and the parameter influence was analyzed. The results indicate that the value of friction damper parameter will affect the seismic suppressive effectiveness evidently and the seismic responses of sub-structures can be controlled availably to acquire notable seismic suppressive effectiveness when the system is designed becomingly.

Abstract:In view of the defect of high complexity and the need for special pilot frame in the traditional MIMO-OFDM channel estimation algorithms, two improved channel estimation algorithms based on subcarrier grouping were researched. In improved algorithms, for avoiding the computation of large-scale matrix inverse operation and reducing algorithm complexity, channel responses of pilot subcarrier were obtained by single antenna channel estimation that is transformed from multi-antennas channel estimation by the method of subcarrier grouping. Then, channel responses of the whole frame signs were estimated with DFT filtering or LMS(Least Mean Square) adaptive filtering for better performance with complexity scarcely increasing. Theoretical analysis and simulation shows that the improved algorithms have lower complexity and better performance than the traditional channel estimation algorithms.

Abstract:Non-premixed and premixed non-catalytic partial oxidation process were studied.Premixed combustor was used to non-catalytic partial oxidation process,with H2/CO ratio close to 2in outlet gas.Effects of O2/CH4on composition of outlet gas was studied in the constant temperature.The premixed combustion module of CHEMKIN4.0was used to simulate experimental process,whose results were consistent with the experimental results.Process conditions optimazied to prepare methanol were as follows:Reaction temperature 900℃,O2/CH4ratio 0.50,pressure 100kPa,H2/CO ratio close to 2.00.

Abstract:The synthetical conditions of 1,1’-dimethyl ferrocenedicarboxylate were investigated by using 1,1’-ferrocenedicarboxylic acid and methanol as raw material. The effect of catalyst on yileds were discussed. 1,1’-dimethyl ferrocenedicarboxylate was synthesized by new synthesis technology of one-pot method. The effects of the component ratio,reaction temperature,time on the product yield were discussed and the optimum technological conditions were obtained. The optimum conditions are determined as follows:the ratio of n(dicarboxylic acid)∶n(SOCl2)=1∶2.5,reaction time 4.5h,reaction temperature 50℃. The product yield is 91.1%.

Abstract:Hexahydro-3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1-methyl-2H-azepin-2-one was prepared by aromatization of hexahydro-1-methyl-3-(3-oxocyclohexen-1-yl)-2H-azepin-2-one using Br2reagent in 90% yield at room temperature. Meptazinol was obtained by reduction of 3-ethylhexahydro-3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1-methyl-2H-azepin-2-one using RED-Al as reducing agent in 70% yield. The present approach offers several advantages such as shorter reaction time, high yields, less power consumption,and mild reaction condition, thus suitable for large-scale preparation.

Abstract:A glucose oxidase electrode with SiO2sol-gel immobilization was prepared. The optimum experimental conditions of enzyme electrode were investigated. The response characteristics of enzyme electrode and inhibition of heavy metal ions on the enzyme electrode were also discussed. The experimental results show the amprometric response to glucose of enzyme electrode is inhibited due to the existence of Hg2+ and Fe3+ when the working potential is 0.8V, pH is 5.0and the temperature is 25℃. There is a linear relationship between the inhibited amprometric response and certain concentration of heavy metal ions. The linear range of Hg2+ and Fe3+ are 0～1.5μmol/L and 0～60μmol/L.The recovery of response on the inhibited enzyme electrode is possible by immersing in EDTA solution after 10min.

Abstract:By using graft and mineralization method,the nanosized titania prepared by sol-gel method was anchored on the polystyrene microsphere surface,then the photocatalyst modified by conductive polyaniline was prepared.The crystal phase,grain size and morphology of the prepared powders were characterized by XRD and SEM.Three industrial wastewater with CN- was degradated with the modified photocatalyst sample under sunlight.The result indicateds that most CN- in industrial wastewater is degradated,the remainder of which being below national emission standard.
