Abstract:In this paper, according to the experience in education,research and products design, the writer summarized the following conclusions:modern machinery is developing towards of extreme manufacturing, integration, information and in the guidance of scientific development concept. Machinery science should research around the weaker links of the machinery product and according to the national requirement. One main content of developing strategy is the new methods, new theory and new technology which are being researched in the world. Product design methods directly affect the product total quality in the process of product research and development. We should intensify the integration of macroscopical research and microcosmic research so that we can have greater breakthrough in the design theory and method research.

Abstract:In order to separate Sr2+ from the high irradiation waste, potassium tetratitanate whisker as ion-exchanger was synthesized by solid phase method. The ion exchange capacity for strontium was tested and their stabilities were studied. X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy (SEM) were used to study the crystal phases and the morphology. Exchanging and leaching amounts were tested by ICP-AES under different media and temperatures. The result indicated that the potassium tetratitanate fiber can be prepared by solid phase method,the exchanging rate is improved as the temperature increases, the maximal exchanging rate reaches to 93%, the immobility treatment is necessary,and the feasible immobile temperature is 500℃. The immobilized material is stable in the whole pH range.

Abstract:The optimal ultrasonication-assisted extraction process of the xanthophyll from hibiscus manihot L flower is studied by the orthogonal test.It shows that the optimal process extracting xanthophyll from the flower is 800mL/L ethanol with petroleum aether-ethanol mixture, 45min for ultrasonic time,1∶20for ratio of material to liquid, granularity less than 100pore. The xanthophyll content is 4325μg/100g DW (dry-weight of flower) under these conditions.

Abstract:This paper investigates the conditions of immobilization of chitosan adopting sodium alginate, poly (vinyl alcohol) and glutin as carriers, and farther uses the immobilized chitosan to adsorb the Cu(Ⅱ)and Cr(Ⅵ)in water. The results show that when individually using 2% (w/w) sodium alginate, 1% poly (vinyl alcohol) (w/w) + 1%(w/w) sodium alginate, 1%(w/w) glutin + 1% (w/w) sodium alginate to immobilize chitosan, the glomeration and mechanical performance of the immobilized chitosan were the best. It also tests the effects of quality of chitosan, pH and the time of adsorption on the effectivity of adsorption. The results indicate that when 0.20g chitosan was mixed with 1% poly (vinyl alcohol) (w/w) + 1% sodium alginate (w/w), pH was 6.5and the time of adsorption was 8h, 99.89% Cu (Ⅱ) was removed; when 0.15g chitosan was mixed with 1% poly (vinyl alcohol) (w/w) + 1% sodium alginate (w/w), pH was 4.5and the time of adsorption was 10h, 98.64% Cr (Ⅵ) was removed.

Abstract:difluorodibenzophenone is prepared based on fluorophenyl and carbon tetrachloride, using anhydrous aluminum muriate as catalyzer.Polyether ether ketones are prepared by the nucleophilic reaction of hydroquinone with 4,4’-difluorodibenzophenone using diphenylsulfone as solvent in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3/Na2CO3;the effect of the reaction temperature on molecular weights is discussed.The polymers are characterized by IR,DSC and TG,and the struction is proved to be PEEK.TG studies show the polymer is stable up to 541℃ with a char yield at 1200℃ in N2atmosphere;the DSC studies show the melting point of the polymer is 335.67℃.

Abstract:The experiment used PSB-MBR to degenerate the VB12 wastewater. After the enablement and the movement of the reactor, we have analyzed some affecting factors such as the aeration quantity, hydraulic detention time, the viability of the strain, the COD concentration in water entry and so on. When the hydraulic detention time is 35h, the experiment temperature is at 30℃, the pH value of the wastewater is 6～8, and the dissolved oxygen is within 0.5～1.0mg/L, the degradation rate of COD can reach 90%.

Abstract:To obtain high quality genomic DNA from Euonymus japonica Thunb, different DNA isolation methods were studied. A modified CTAB DNA extraction method was got by comparing different methods,such as SDS method, CTAB method, high salt low pH method and modified CTAB method. The results show that isolated DNA possesses the characters of high purity (A260/A280 is 1.84) and high yield (213.5μg/g fresh leaves). So the method can isolate DNA effectively from hydroxybenzene and sugar abundant medicinal materials.

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination of pleuromutilin was developed.The sample was separated on a Agilent Extend C8eluted at a flow rate of 1.00mL·min-1 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-phosphate buffer (35∶10∶55,V/V), pleuromutilin was detected and quantified by the absorbance at 205nm. The linearity was obtained over the range of 40～2400μg·mL-1 for pleuromutilin(r2=0.9999).The quantitative limit is 0.08μg,and the detection limit is 0.04μg.

Abstract:Pulsing denial-of-service(PDoS)attack is a new class of DoS attack, which exploits the deficiencies of the minimum retransmission time out (RTO) of TCP to send out short bursts of attack packets to a victim. Because of its low rate, it can elude traditional high rate detection mechanism. This paper proposes a two-step detection approach based on Mallat wavelet transform and CUSUM (Cumulative Sum) algorithms. First, it extracts the characteristic of PDoS attack based on Mallat wavelet transform. Then, the CUSUM algorithms can cumulate the small offsets to enhance the detection sensitivity. In the end, for the defect of the CUSUM algorithms,it puts forward improved CUSUM algorithms to decrease the ratio of false alarm. The two-step detection approach can detect PDoS attack accurately and effectively.

Abstract:Intelligent and fuzzy PID adaptive controller has overcome the integral saturation phenomenon of normal PID controller by combining strongpoint of Human-simulation Intelligent and fuzzy control, and by importing intelligent integral method. Application of it on biology fermentation pH control system has shorten the system adjust time, improved the system stability and respond speed, increased the output and quality of ferment products.

Abstract:This paper discusses the development of the firmware program and the application program in the data acquisition adapter based on USB2.0. Firstly, it simply introduces the design of the data acquisition adapter and especially the interface CY7C68013A chip supporting the USB；then according to the frame structure of its firmware program, it introduces the development of its firmware program in detail；finally, it introduces the design of driver program and the realization of the application program. It proves by practice that this adapter not only has high sampling accuracy, high velocity and good reliablility, but also has the characters of small volume, convenience and so on.

Abstract:This paper proposes a flexible method of camera calibration:placing two collinear points with a fixed end point (1D object) which is captured by multi-camera systems. By moving the 1D object around the fixed point,all the cameras'' parameters related to a coefficient of radial distortion can be calibrated easily. The calibration objects are simple to make and can be perfectly observed from any orientations. With these merits, the method is practical to calibrate the multi-camera systems. Experimental results show that the calibration is of high precision and convenience.

Abstract:With the development and improvement of AI (artificial intelligence) technology, theories in these fields, especially the Agent technology, are gradually applied to teaching process, and thus bring new ideas of research and application to the network education system. In this paper, an intelligent teaching model based on multi-Agent is presented, which is aimed at simulating the intelligent process of teaching activities. With multiple cooperated Agents, the model can be used to analyse characteristics and cognitive capabilities of students. Consequently, more flexible and personalized teaching process can be implemented.

Abstract:The design and calculation on work clearance and relative interference amount were studied in order to make non-backpressure piston rings work normally and to raise its life. The formula of thermal expansion work clearance was derived by thermal deformation analysis. Radial amount of relative interference was designed by mechanics analysis,which can ensure that piston ring has not backpressure. The formulas in the paper can help design,processing and assembling for non-backpressure piston rings.

Abstract:In order to study a broken urea synthetic tower which had multilayer warping cylinder, the paper checked its metallurgical structure, measured its grain size, and analyzed the cyclic deformation. The result shows that the ring weld has weld defects and under alternating stress it will crack, which will finally cause breaking of the urea synthetic tower.

Abstract:First,we obtain a new comparison theorem for backward doubly stochastic differential equation which is more popular than backward differential equation.Then inspired by the comonotomic theorem of backward stochastic differential equation,and by using the new comparison theorem,we obtain comonotonic theorem for solwtion z of backward doubly stochastic differential equation.The results can generalize some existing results.

Abstract:This paper considers the problem of robust stability for uncertain neural networks with time varying delays.The uncertainties considered are norm-bounded uncertainties. These unceitainties of system parameters are associated with time, but the norm is restricted in a certain scope, the time delay function is improved with time, and its derivative is less than one. A linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed to derive sufficient conditions ensuring the delayed neural network to have a equilibrium point, which is robustly stable. The proposed LMI conditions can be checked easily by recently developed algorithms. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques.

Abstract:The organizational institution in stock exchange in China and the situation determined self-development as the goal of the stock exchange. Bound by the government, it distorted supervisory incentive in stock exchange. While consolidation on its supervisory incentive by reform on stock exchange organization can hardly be a real practice,amendment on supervisory incentive of stock exchange at the present time should focus its attention on distribution of supervisory power between the government and stock exchange.
