Abstract:The current situation and necessity of arc welding process automation is described briefly. The discussion is focused on a technical innovation:a crawl type all position arc welding robot. The concept behind it is new and original.The design is rational,with high level of automation. Both experimental results and trial production demonstrated it operates reliably and smoothly,with high level of weld seam tracking precision.

Abstract:By using Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem, we studied the existence of multiple positive periodic solutions for a class of functional differential equations with impulses. With f(x) and Ik(x) under conditions of non-superlinear and non-sublinear conditions, we obtain some new results.

Abstract:The photo voltaic conversion properties of polythiophene film and nanostructured TiO2/PTh film electrode were studied by using the photocurrent action spectra, the photocurrent dependence of potential and UV-vis absorption spectra. The bandgap of PTh film is 2.02eV,the conduction band of PTh film is -3.84eV,and the valve band is-5.86eV.The nanostructured TiO2/PTh electrode could enlarge the visible optical absorption region and obviously increase the photocurrent in visible region, the p-n heterojunction existed in TiO2/PTh nanostructured electrode which favored the separation of electron/hole pairs,and thus the photovoltaic conversion efficiency could be improved.The conversion efficiency of homogeneous light can reach 13% in experimental conditions.

Abstract:The absorption spectrums have been measured with U-3010spectrophotometer in AgCl emulsions. The absorption spectrum of chemical sensitization was consistent with that of unsensitization. The absorption spectrum of spectral sensitization distinctly increased the absorption in the long wave range. The spectrum of chemistry and spectral sensitization was like that of spectral sensitization. The results indicated that chemical sensitization has no effect on the light absorption of silver halide, and that there is no negative effect between chemical sensitization and spectral sensitization.

Abstract:Hydroxyquinol triacetate was prepared from p-benzoquinone by 1,4-addition reaction with acetic anhydride and then 6,7-dihydroxy coumarin was synthesized from it by hydrolyze and cyclization in concentrated sulfuric acid.Then 6,7-dimethoxy coumarin was synthesized by methylating from 6,7-dihydroxy coumarin with an overall yield of 74.4%.The procedure was practical. Its structure was confirmed by IR and 1HNMR.

Abstract:In a Na2B4O7-HCl buffer solution of pH 8.0, cobalt(Ⅱ) reacts with 3-thiazolylazo-5-amino phenol and the reaction produces a sensitive polarograph adsorptive complex wave at the potential of -0.74V. The second-order derivative peak current of the wave is linearly proportional to cobalt mass concentration in the range of 0.001~1.4μg·mL-1 .The detection limit is 0.0005μg·mL-1.The proposed method can be used to determine trace cobalt in Chinese herbar medicines.

Abstract:A study on the aging life of the cable insulation material caused by heat has been conducted by using heat analysis method. A calculation formula of the aging life of the cable insulation material has been derived. The aging lives of the insulation material under different carrying currents are compared, and different function relationships between the aging life of the insullation material and the carrying current are given. It provids basic dada for preventing cable fire due to heat caused by currents.

Abstract:Due to the requirement for more storage capacity, high-density optical storage devices have already become a hot topic. Abstract:In view of poor convergence and partially converge of basic genetic algorithm(BGA),an new improved algorithm,two-stage genetic algorithm is proposed.The algorithm structure and its implementation strategies are demonstrated.Then,its convergence is analysed by using Markov chain theory and simulation technology.All results indicate that this new improved algorithm will help avoid "premature" phenomenon,and improve the precision of the optimal solution.It is applicable to large scale optimization problems that demand high accuracy.

Abstract:Animal experiments are very important in the research of biomedicine. More and more animal experiments demand that the experimental table become more perfect. The experimental table integrates the function of the surgical table,the control and the monitor. The infrared monitor device in the table can detect and measure the temperature in real time, and the three dimension electric paralel motion device can adjust the detection distance.The common animal surgical experiments can be accomplished on the table. In addition, some brain researches, such as the skull opening surgery and the vascular temperature of the cerebral cortex can be detected in real time by using the infrared monitoring function. The information that can''t be observed by naked eyes can be detected by the infrared monitoring device.

Abstract:An information model that make use of intelligent Agent technology to describe the distortion of spline finite strip is given,the methods and implementation strategy of using intelligent Agent as agent of finite strip are studied,and the action between each intelligent Agent described by mathematic method is discussed. Through the alternation and collaboration of each intelligent Agent post corresponding to each finite strip,the reciprocity mechanism between each finite strip in the model is exposed,and consequently the purpose is achieved of describing the distortion of material by using information technology.A section program is given as an example to illustrate the implementation strategy in describing the distortion of the spline finite strip by using the intelligent Agent technology.

Abstract:Distributed intrusion detection plays more important role in network security today. This paper introduces a method, data fusion, to intrusion detection system(IDS), and presents a new design of DIDS based on data fusion.First it discusses the configuration of distributed detection and decision-making fusion;second it discusses the mathematical model of data fusion decision;Last it demonstrates the reliability of processing data fusion decision. The experiments show that false positives are decreased and the detection rate is improved in this system.

Abstract:In accordance with the structural feature of fuzzy information,we propose level effect function L(λ),and establish IL-metric method to measure fuzzy number and IDθ-uncertainty based on level effect function L(λ).Besides,by the concept of zero form fuzzy number,the famous Hungary Algorithm will be generalized.At last,a numberical example illustrates the proposed method.Based on these procedures,we analyzed the reliability of assignment decision by using IDθ-uncertainty of fuzzy information.All of these discussions lay the foundation for uncertainty decision based on some kind of consciousness,and make it adaptable to practical application.

Abstract:Going with the drastic competition in the drug market in recent years, we focus on the price of the drug. Based on the elasticity theory of economic theory,we use econometric method to analyse the relevance among the drug demand quantity on one hand, available income per person, people''s health level, drug price on the other hand,and use the software of Excel to make the drug linear demand function model and logarithm linear demand function model. We get the conclusion that with the development of our living standard the drug demand quantity would see an obvious in crease, and the change of drug price has little influence on the drug demand quantity.
