Abstract:In order to control heat conduct of complex boards on line,in time and efficiently,it is necessary to understand its dynamical characteristic.Here a research about dynamic characteristic of complex boards is carried out by means of transfer function.By simplifying the transfer function,first,second and third order approximate math models are obtained.The accuracy of different order math models are compared by computer simulating.The simulation results show that second order model can represents the dynamic process satisfactorily.Meantime the asymmetry of heat conduct is proved.This property should be taken into consideration in simulation and cotrol of systems.

Abstract:There is much current attention focused on quentions of multiple positive solutions to boundary value problems for ordinary differential equations.We discuss a class of second-order systems x″(t)+λa(t)f(x(t),y(t))=0,y″(t)+λb(t)g(x(t),y(t))=0,0≤t≤1, x(0)=y(0)=x′(1)=y′(1)=0, where f,g are continuous.We will impose growth conditions of f,g which ensure the existence of at least two positive solutions.

Abstract:In this paper, the problem of inner flow around three cylinders is investigated by using boundary element method. The velocity and pressure field in the domain and the distribution of boundary pressure are computed. In order to enhance the computing accuracy, the mingle unit method is applied at the angle-points. Some numerical examples are given to validate the presented method.

Abstract:Equations of state can be proposed by using different perturbation terms based on a molecular thermodynamic model of heteronulear chains with simple form. The proposed equations have been extended to the correlation of the specific volume for blends including polystyrene with poly(2,6-dimethyl phenylene oxide), polystyrene with poly(vinyl methyl ether), polystyrene with polybutadiene, polyethersulphone with poly(ethylene oxide), respectively. It is shown that equations can be used to correlate satisfactorily the specific volume of blends with only one adjustable temperature independent interaction parameter. Good agreement can be obtained between the specific volume and experimental data for the selected systems.

Abstract:The electrochemical behaviors of calmodulin (CaM) self-assembled on Au substrate was investigated with square wave voltammetry(SWV)techniques in the 0.15mol/L NaCl solution containing 1mmol/L 3-//4-.The results demonstrated that calmodulin (CaM) was anchored on a Au substrate by using self-assembly technique,the redox couple of 3-/64- generated electrochemical no-reverse reaction on Au/CaM membrane．

Abstract:A polymer sensitive membrane of the chemical sensor for the determination of anionic surfactants was reported. The result shows that the polymer sensitive membrane mould with 24%～44.4% polyvinyl chloride(PVC) as polymer matrix,55%～75% tricresyl phosphate(TBP) as plasticizer, and 0.6%～1% hexadecyl trimetyl ammoniym bromide(CTAB) as electric active substance has the best performance. The membrane displays a working response range of 1×10-7～1×10-3 mol/L dodecylbenzene sulfonate(DBS-), a response time of 30s in the solution of 1×10-3 mol/L dodecylbenzene sulfonate(DBS-).

Abstract:Activated carbon , activated coke and activated carbon fiber used as adsorbents for removing SO2from flue gas are reviewed. Their preparation process, desulfurization and regeneration mechanism and surface properties are summarized. Several desulfurization technologies of activated coke are discussed. The prospect of the desulfurization technologies are predicted.

Abstract:There are several routes to produce glyoxal,and the purification techniques are somewhat different.In the process of producing glyoxal by means of nitric acid oxidation, the main components to be removed in the product are nitric acid and acetic acid.This paper discusses mainly the applications of electrodialysis and electrodeionization techniques to purify glyoxal aqueous solution.Some other methods are also introduced.

Abstract:Partial cDNA of vitellogenin, 1226bp, was cloned through homologous cloning method from the overy of mature shrimp, Fenneropenaeus Chinensis. There are high identities in vitellogenin mRNAs between this sequence of Fennerpopenaeus and Merguiensis (AY499620) and Penaeus semisulcatus (AY051318). A phylogenetic tree was established based on the corresponding vitellogenin mRNA of eight species, including Fennerpopenaeus,Chinensis, Fennerpopenaeus,Merguiensis, Penaeus,Semisulcatus, Litopenaeus Vannamei, Marsupenaeus Japonicus, Metapenaeus Ensis, Macrobrachium Rosenbergii and Pandalus Hypsinotus. It was proved that vitellogenin is synthesized in ovary and hepatopancreas in mature female shrimp through the RT-PCR method.

Abstract:Objective:To develop the best fermentation process on E. coli expressing fusion protein of recombinant salmon calcitonin GST-sCT-Gly)．Methods:The expression pf recombinant fusion protein was analyzed to optimize the composition of medium, induction time and other factors in the process of fermentation. Results:Under the estabilished condition, 57g of wet bacteria per liter was obtained and the derivative of recombinant fusion protein was about 23.5% of total protein on host. Conclusion:The established fermentative technique increases the collection efficiency and expression of recombinant fusion protein. The fermentation process was steady, and able to be used in pilot production.

Abstract:To optimize the extracting techniques for astragaloside IV from astragalus by comparing the alcohol-extraction with the water-extraction, with the extraction rate of astragaloside IV as criteria, the influencing factors on both methods of water-extraction and alcohol-extraction were studied by orthogonal test. Result:under 8hours of soak period and grinding for astragalus, the alcohol concentration and pH shows significant influence on alcohol-extraction while only the pH shows strong influence on water-extraction. So the best process conditions for water-extraction are at 1-hour boiling time, pH 12and 60℃ of extraction temperature, while for alcohol-extraction are at 60% alcohol concentration, pH 12and 6times amount of alcohol. It can be concluded that the extraction rate of astragaloside IV by alcohol-extraction is higher than by water-extraction.

Abstract:The Fe-Cr fibers were extracted from Cu-Fe-Cr in-situ composite wires by uing selective etching technique,where the Cu matrix dissolved by nitric acid, and then the microstructure of fibers is were observed by SEM．It shows that the productivity of fiber reduced with diameter decreasing of wires,and nano-micrometer fibers are got when wire diameter is 0.36mm,the fibers being sheet ribbon-like.

Abstract:Converter static control is the basic control mode for the converter computer. The dynamic control for sub-lance is on the basis of static control. Aiming at the effects of complex factors in the course of converter steel-making, a set of steel-making math-mode has been developed in a math way. Static models include terminal control model, oxygen-supplying model, slagging model and bottom blowing model; dynamic models include decarbonization speed model, molten steel warming model and the model for the amount of refrigerant.

Abstract:From the request of practical applications,based on theory of IIR filters and in view of implementing a stratified, modularized and parameterized design, the thesis describes the hardware implementation of the IIR low-pass filter with VHDL and schematic diagram design method. The accomplished design of IIR low-pass filter is tested in experimental circuit after configured. The experiment result indicates that the design is correct.

Abstract:Ethernet network is the most popular standard of communication protocol using LAN and the power over Ethernet is the basic equipment of Ethernet. A kind of circuit about the module of 15W DC/DC PoE is designed in this paper. This power is made up of two parts:one is circuit of Ethernet interface and the other is highly efficient PoE. It contains PoE resistance of distinguished signal and the kind of circuit of "0". When using MOSFET switching,the power transducer can get a high efficiency of 88% and the PoE interface has a efficiency of more than 97%.

Abstract:Based on the normal video motion detection, this paper presents an improved detection arithmetic of motorial objects. First, we calculate the differences of the two successive frames and background, then acquire the multiplication of the two differences,and from these results we can separate the motion object from the background image and get a motion template which includes the motive information of the object. It improves the effect of motion detection.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the poor quality for grid generation in the region of the wheel against the ground, algebraic method was combined with elliptic equation method, the block-structured grid was used, and then three schemes of grid topological structure were discussed to decide on the best one. After the selected scheme was applied to the grid generation of the flow-field around a certain made-in-China sedan and its wheels, high-quality grid cells and reasonable numerical result were attained,which validate the method and the selected scheme adopted in this paper.
