    Dynamic characteristics and vibration control effect of cutting system determine cutting efficiency, work piece surface quality, tool life, and will determine Development of high-speed machine. Therefore, the research status on magnetic suspension motorized spindle, magnetic suspension bearing - flexible rotor system dynamics modeling theory and status of active control technology of flexible magnetic suspension motorized spindle rotor vibration were studied, and refines the problems which present in the magnetic suspension flexible motorized spindle rotor systems and active vibration control technology in cutting process to provide a reference for further study of magnetic suspension flexible motorized spindle technology.
