    Abstract:

    The strategic decision-making is very important to the multinational corporations (MNCs), especially when they are facing the intense competition in China nowadays. This paper focuses on six elements of management instruments, information, organizational communication, psychological anticipation, ethics and intuition, and proves their marked influences on the quality, speed and cost of MNCs'' strategic decision-making.
