    摘要:

    用离心造粒法对醋氯芬酸微丸的制备进行研究。以90~100 g淀粉丸芯作为母核,将100 g醋氯芬酸与50 g微晶纤维素(MCC)、4 g滑石粉均匀混合,采用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)作为黏合剂,用离心造粒法对醋氯芬酸微丸的制备进行研究,并对制备出的微丸进行质量研究。结果发现:制备的醋氯芬酸微丸收率高,损失较少,微丸的粒度分布在0.70~0.88 mm(18~24目),粒径均匀,微丸的含水量、含药量、药物溶出度均符合要求。成功地用离心造粒法制备醋氯芬酸微丸,通过单因素试验确定处方工艺,制备的微丸符合标准要求。

    Abstract:

    To prepare aceclofenac pellets by centrifugal granulation. Using 90~100 g of starch pellets as the core pellets,100 g of aceclofenac mixed with 50 g of microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) and 4 g talc, methyl cellulose (HPMC) as binder,the aceclofenac pellets were prepared by centrifugal granulation .And evaluate the quality of the pellets. The aceclofenac pellets had high yield and less losses,the pellets had a partical size of 0.70~0.88 mm(18~24 mesh)and had uniform particle size .the moisture ,drug content and dissolution meet the requirement . Aceclofenac pellets were prepared by the process of centrifugal granulation .The preparation prescription and process parameters were optimized by single factor method .and the pellets meet the standard requirements.
