试验采用的氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星具在环境中广泛存在且不易降解,极易被环境中的生物摄入体内,损害生物抗氧化系统,故本试验对其影响展开试验研究。将诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星配制成0、30、60、120、360mg/L浓度对斑马鱼和斜生栅藻进行暴露试验,分别在试验开始第5、10、15天测定斑马鱼(zebrafish)和斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus, S. obliquus)SOD活性和CAT活性指标,评价氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星对不同水生生物的损伤情况。
Abstract:
Ofloxacin and Norfloxacin used in this experiment are widely present in the environment and are not easily degraded. They are easily taken into the body by the organisms in the environment and damage the biological antioxidant system. Norfloxacin and Ofloxacin were formulated into 0、30、60、120 and 360mg/L concentrations to conduct exposure tests on zebrafish and Scenedesmus obliquus. The SOD activity and CAT activity index of zebrafish and Scenedsemus obliquus were measured on the 5th、10th and 15th day of the experiment respectively.
