    摘要:

    针对典型航空材料TC11钛合金的拉伸性能,采用准静态拉伸实验对不同应变率条件下的TC11钛合金的应力-应变关系进行了研究,利用扫描电镜分析了其拉伸断口形貌。实验结果表明:TC11钛合金具有一定的应变率敏感性;准静态拉伸时TC11钛合金试样出现了颈缩现象,其断裂属于韧性断裂,但是其塑性较差;TC11钛合金拉伸断口形貌主要为大小不一的韧窝,但是随着应变率的增大,出现了少量的撕裂棱和准解理面,试样的断裂机制为以韧性断裂为主和伴有准解理断裂。

    Abstract:

    According to the tensile properties of typical aerospace materials of TC11 titanium alloy, the stress-strain relationship was studied with the quasi-static tensile test on different strain rates and the tensile fracture morphology were analyzed with SEM. The experimental results showed that the TC11 titanium alloy had certain strain rate sensitivity. During quasi-static tension, the TC11 titanium alloy specimen had the phenomenon of neck shrinkage, and its fracture belonged to ductile fracture, but its plasticity was poor. The tensile fracture morphology of TC11 titanium alloy was mainly the dimple, but with the increase of strain rate, the fracture surface produced a small number of tearing edges and quasi-cleavage plane, and the fracture mechanism of the specimen was mainly ductile fracture and quasi-cleavage fracture.
