    摘要:

    作为一种新型的剧烈塑性变形方法,模压变形工艺在制备大体积超细晶金属板材方面优势显著,工业应用前景广阔。首先介绍了模压变形工艺的基本原理、塑性力学解析及分类,然后综述了变形道次、变形温度和模具结构等工艺因素对模压变形的影响规律和机理,并总结了变形材料的热稳定性、工艺改进及变形路径、变形均匀性分析及工艺优化等几个关键问题,最后,对未来模压变形工艺研究的发展趋势进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    As a new severe plastic deformation method, groove pressing shows significant advantages of fabricating bulk ultra-fine grained sheet metals and has broad prospects for industrial applications. Firstly, the fundamental principles, plastic mechanics analysis and classification of groove pressing are introduced. Then, the influence rules and mechanism of process factors such as pass number, deformation temperature and die structure on groove pressing are reviewed. Several key problems such as thermal stability of processed materials, process improvements and deformation path, deformation homogeneity analysis and process optimization are summarized. Finally, the development trend in future of research on groove pressing is prospected.
